What is Mission Method?

Mission Method is a fully customizable Notion-based template that helps you care for and develop your team, while keeping people at the center. We’ve developed a framework that seamlessly walks you through each stage of a team member’s journey. This includes both internal and external resources, allowing your internal leadership to have clear visibility across the team and for the team member to have clear expectations across their roles.

Why Notion?

Notion is an all-in-one workspace where you can create and customize your workflows. We’ve built a framework that you can fully tailor to your needs, updating tags and titles to fit your own team’s verbiage and usage. As you click through the focus areas, tools, and pages, you’ll find that you can create your own views, update templates, and more. Using Notion also allows for seamless integrations and for your team to easily be onboarded onto the platform. With separate permissions per page, choose which information remains for internal or external use.

How To Add This Template To Your Own Notion Workspace

When on the main page (where all focus areas, tools, and pages are visible), the top right corner will include a “Duplicate” button. Upon selecting this, you will be redirected to log in to your Notion account, where the duplicate template will be saved. From here, the template is yours! Customize it as you see fit.

How to Share Resources with Your Team

Using Notion’s free accounts, share Mission Method with your team! We suggest making 1 account for internal, or admin use and 1 account for your team to use to update team resources like Mission List.

For Mission Supply and Pages, click the “Share” button in the top right corner of your screen and toggle “Share to web” for the page to be accessible to anyone with the link.

To share any resources with your team with additional permissions, type the name or email attached to the team account after selecting the “Share” button in the top right corner of your screen. You can provide full access (can edit, comment and share with others), edit access, comment only access or view only access, depending on your needs.
